Lynn Chisholm, Executive Chef
Lynn has a knack for balancing creativity with refinement and sensibility. A native of Plymouth, Wisconsin, Lynn has spent the past ten years cooking and developing her culinary skills at nationally recognized restaurants in Wisconsin, including Lombardino's in Madison and Lake Park Bistro, Ristorante Bartolotta and Bacchus in Milwaukee.
Cheri Hau, Manager Front-of-the-House
If you stop in the Paddock Club, you'll likely meet Cheri. She is the oldest of the Chisholm siblings, and her outgoing and positive personality is reflected in our service. Local to the area, she is very knowledgeable about activities and events in and around Elkhart Lake.
